Start your stay with a three-hour basket weaving course where you will learn the basic skills of basket weaving. After lunch continue creating your basket and practicing your newly learned skills.
Following dinner we would love to share with you our love and passion for traditional Irish music in one of our local pubs. Fully immerse yourself with the local culture and forget your everyday life.
On your second day take in a visit to the Leitrim Sculpture centre and a tour of all of the resident artists. Learn about all of the crafts, creativity and courses that the centre has on offer. Following lunch, you will be whisked off to the print studio where you will learn to create beautiful prints of your own, all of which you can take home along with the basket that you created the previous day. Top of your stay with a show in the Glens Centre and immerse yourself in the cultural buffet on offer on the Wild Atlantic Way. Leitrim may be the forgotten county but your stay will always be ingrained in your memory.
